Nowadays, many of my posts are kind of selfish in nature :) ie, many are related to the analysis of me and the personality.

There is always one nagging/surprising point about few charming individuals whom i have met. For instance, they know when to add a wit to the conversation which in turn will either lighten the moment or add a personal touch leading to appreciative, happy to be thoughts about this person among others. And the thing is, these individuals would never have contributed any grey cell matters to the conversation. All they would've done is to make sure their presence is felt at the right moment and in a truly positive, comforting manner. This inturn makes others feel comfortable with this individual, maybe because one doesn't feel threatened/ dominated.
As a person in the tech field, although i am definitely sure that nowadays my wit levels in a normal mood is surely on the rise, i am yet to master this true skill of charm.
And it was amazing to read an article in FT titled, "Leaders who use charm to reach the top"
Eventhough, as a techie, one might be tempted to reply that grey cells matter more, it is this skill which is needed the most than many of the extrovert characteristics to leave a lasting impression.

My job? it's going on fine. Regarding the posts,hopefully i'll resume from this weekend :)
